Emergency Medicines for Home:
Nausea/ feeling of Vomiting/ Vomiting:
- Stop taking food X 4 hours
- Only take water And Tablet Pantoprozole 40 mg
- Tab Emeset 8 mg
- Syrup Mucaine gel 10 ml
- All 3 before every meal and also every 4 hours till the symptoms stops.
Pain at any site in body:
- Step 1: Take Tablet Ultracet once every 5 hours after food.
- Step 2: If there is no relief, add Tablet Naproxen 250 mg and repeat every 5 hours (along with Step 1).
- Step 3: If pain still persists, add Tablet Tramadol 100 mg and repeat every 5 hours.
Also, apply cold sponging (ice bag) to the painful area for better relief.
Constipation / Not able to pass Latrine/ stools:
Use 10 ml castor Oil single time or Syrup Cremaffin 30 ml singel time if you think its a everyday problem, take 20 ml everyday after dinner (any of above)
Gidiiness Chakkar Vertigo:
- Make sure, neck movements are stable.
- do not shake Neck vigorously
- use neck collor/belt
- do not get up from bed or chair with jerk
- do not lift heavy objects
Step 1: Use tablet Vertin 16 mg after breakfast and after dinner x 2 days

Cold and Cough:
- Tab Azithromycin 500 mg- After breakfast
- Tab Montec LC – After breakfast & After dinner
- Tab Dolo 650 mg- After breakfast & After lunch & After dinner
- Syrup Macberry XT 10 ml 1- Take before food every 5 hours till cough stops
Constipation / hard stools / difficulty in passing:
- Syrup Looz 30 ml at bedtime
- Repeat every 6 hours till problem persists
For Piles / hemorrhoids / pain while passing latrine :
- Tab Daflon 500 mg 1-1-1
